Ft Lauderdale Trip 2018 My key card did not work when I initially got to the room (housekeeping had to let me in) and again once I left the room and came back. I believe the cards are too sensitive and get de-activated so be careful where you keep the key, keep them away from anything magnetic so my phone case with the magnetic closure was not a good place to put it and also with other c/cards I was told is not a good place to put the key cards.
