We checked in at 3:00 a.m. I called the hotel at 9:00 p.m and told them we would be checking in between 2:00-3:00 a.m as our flight was delayed. She said no prob we will hold your reservation. We came in at 3:00 a.m and she wasn't able to find our reservation. Computer system seemed down as she wasn't able to take our credit card info. We finally got into our and realized that it wasn't the room I reserved. I was so tired and decided not to worry about it until the morning. Will Return! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Room was roomy, quiet and comfortable. Great location; easy access to food, gas, highways etc.
