Great Experience From the beginning of our stay until we departed, every employee of the hotel that we encountered was helpful, considerate and friendly. Wheny husband mentioned that I was disabled, they asked if I would like a shower chair. When we got to our room, the chair was already in the shower! I wouldn't I came in and both of the people at the desk were chatting with customers that they were obviously acquainted with. When walking in i noticed a funny smell. The smell was all threw the building. Inside the room for the most part was clean but the kitchen floor was sticky. Upon checkout they said my card was declined and that I owed money but I paid with the business credit card online thru hotels.com and I had the receipt that it was paid in full.

The hotel wasone hotels.com zero hotel was great The people were amazing as we showed up at 1 AM and it was locked so we called hotels.com and got some idiot name Jose did actually told us we couldn’t get in because he don’t take people after 11 o’clock at night. This employee was so stupid and I can’t get a hold of anybody to complain that he read the part that says check-in is between 7 and 11 PM which had nothing to do with letting us in as it said front desk open 24 hours.
