Canceling Due to Inclement Weather-NOT Option I understand hotels have cancelations for a reason, but when the weather is extremely terrible (winter weather warning), is out of your control and there is no willingness between hotel and Hotel.com to reduce or forego a room charge this is extremely frustrating.
