Canceling Due to Inclement Weather-NOT Option I understand hotels have cancelations for a reason, but when the weather is extremely terrible (winter weather warning), is out of your control and there is no willingness between hotel and Hotel.com to reduce or forego a room charge this is extremely frustrating. It was sufficient. It was disappointing that the kitchenette included no dishware, pots/pans or silverware to even utilize it. Super small lobby and the floor was wet/slippery due to snow being tracked inside. The thermostat didn't display the correct temperature in our room. It was 0 outside and we were so hot with it set at 62 we had to turn the heat lower (58) to just be comfortable.

No good for 3 nights maybe better for a long stay I was given the wrong type of room, ( two rooms with one bed each for for large construction workers) and was basically told it was my fault. Mind you, the room I needed was the same price and the lady at the front desk told me there was plenty of them available. Also there breakfast is a complete joke, granola bars and coffee.

This place is great! I love that I can prepare my meals that helps me save money. Their prices are great too! The staff is always very helpful and friendly. One of the staff went outside to shovel the walkway so we could be safe
