OK but not special This was our first Extended Stay experience. We were surprised that the "full kitchen" was a kitchen with absolutely no supplies. We expected coffee and a coffee pot in the room. Kitchen items could be requested but we at least thought there would be glasses.(Coffee was available in the lobby.) Location is excellent. Hotel was quiet and clean. Bedding and linens were thin and could be upgraded. A/C worked well. The advertised "free breakfast" is a joke - it is "grab and go" per the lobby sign, which means ... read more

I was issue a dirty room-bed was not made. After good bad and tell Zach he quickly issued me a new room. The room A/c unit was loud.

Nicely located We stopped here for only one night. The room was very spacious with a sofa, TV, desk and kitchenette. The TV had 40+ channels including Showtime. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited with mainly grab and go items (coffee and tea, instant oatmeal, chocolate mini-muffins and breakfast bars). It was located near a large shopping area that included a Target and several popular restaurants.

the room was very comfortable and spacious. the staff were very helpful and friendly. however, we had no room service the 2 days there, having to take our dirty towels to exchange at the desk. the grab and go breakfast was ok for the price of room, but would have been nice to have coffee available in lobby all day since no coffee pot was available in room. Despite these inconveniences we will probably stay here again because of price. cleanliness, location
