Pillows The hotel was clean and I can say the towels were soft ! Nice but the linens were thin and the pillows were awful , very flat and only 2 on the bed small square . Highly uncomfortable. No ice machine , I had an imy foot swollen and there was no ice for my ankle.

The beds had stains, urine stains. Brown stains all over the pull out couch bed. The queen bed also had stains on the mattress protector and on the brown blanket. I recommend getting new mattresses on the pull out couch and throwing the old ones away. Also buying new comfort sets and mattresses cover for the bed as well. Other then that the stay was good.

Ok but not what I expected Some stains on the carpet, dog in the room next door barking at night, late check-in experience wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be.
