It was okay a bit run down but the mattress was nice and firm.

Great Place The staff are amazing and so helpful. Floorplan the same at all extended Stays, so there are no surprises. Clean. Good pet areas to walk your pet.
It is located 15 minutes from the Xfinity Center, polite staff.

I feel like unless you pay $300+ a night for a hotel, you can expect run-down and dirty rooms. The staff was friendly and the location was ok for me. But there were people loitering and chain smoking at the entrances, one guy was there from 10pm when I entered until 2am when I checked out. My room seemed clean, until I started looking closer and noticed the carpet near the TV was caked with dirt and some random small debris.
