any port in a storm overall it was completely adequate. there was an investigation of the smoke alarms going on as I was checking in. they apologised for the inconvenience but informed me that they would need to get into my room to check the smoke alarm. I waited an hour for them to come check the alarm, but they did not show up. I called the desk and they said it was "all set" I would have appreciated a call much sooner telling me it was ok to go to sleep instead of wait for the alarm people to knock.
Pleasant staff, a little hard to find (no signage on road). Room was just fine, a slightly dated feel but nothing bad...overall perfectly comfortable.
Could do better I found the quality of the hotel low. Namely, there was a lot of residual smoke smell on my hall and in my room even though it was a non-smoking room, and there wasn't much sound -proofing. I didn't see many other people, but I heard doors opening and closing constantly.
College Parents Weekend Very comfortable, with friendly staff.
Good Value for the Area Hotel was what I paid for, a dry bed and a hot shower. Didn't want to pay for spa, pool, etc that I don't use. Good value in regards to other hotels in the area.
Love this place. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while attending golf tournaments. We have always had a pleasant experience.
