Nice staff, but hotel smelled like cigarette smoke We reserved 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Somehow they did not have any double rooms when we arrived, but they gave us 3 single rooms instead. The air conditioner also made the floor wet. Unfortunately, one of the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke (despite being a no-smoking room), so we switched rooms after the first night. close to providence as well as cape cod room is large with comfortable bed it's nice to find a smoking room that doesn't really stink like smoke
Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. no shampoo or amenities in the room or in the hotel for that matter. a basic room for what we needed.
Friendly staff The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for attending events at the Comcast Center.
Stayed at this hotel to see a Fleetwood Mac concert at the Comcast Centre. Nice hotel!
Pretty nice stayed here for DMB concert Bed wasn't the comfiest and there really isn't much breakfast but the room was very clean and it is so close to the mansfield Comcast center. They didn't have an ice machine but that's not a big deal. I would come again for sure!
Friendly, clean, convenient to Wheaton College We stay here when visiting our daughter at Wheaton College. Always friendly and helpful staff. It is an extended stay property so while there is a kitchen, there are not a lot of regular hotel amenities automatically provided. However, the staff was quick to provide things promptly and cheerfully when asked. (Such as new towels, hair dryer, shampoo etc) Beds are not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Quiet location and great blackout drapes.
