The room had a terrible smell
Walk aways full of snow not shoveled
Did not like chrckin and beds were uncomfortable andndirty towels
Checkout was at 11am yet housekeeping was knocking at the door at 7:45am. Pretty annoying. Hotel rooms are in desperate need of some updates.

I ask for a printed receipt at checkout and the clerk stated he wasn’t able to give me one because I booked through Expedia. On check in the first room they assigned was filthy. Second room they assigned was clean, but clerk gave me a coffee maker covered in a thick layer of grease, dust a dog hair. Aside from these issues, once having gotten past them, the room I actually stayed in was fine.
