Pretty old, poorly maintained and bad smelling room. Staff was fine, they can’t control property conditions. Would not stay again!
I did not like that we had to trade in our towels, and they ran out. Morning front desk was very good, but some staff, if you could find them were rude. Property is dirty and overun with illegal aliens staying there.
This was not good. My room had bedbugs in it and I could not stay there. I would like a full refund please.

Non smoking room smells like cigarettes and the constant smell of fresh cigarette smoke all night from the ventilation or rooms close by. It is very clear that people are living in the rooms full time. People don’t usually have house plants in the windows or decorations hanging in the window when they stay overnight at a hotel. “Queen” bed was a full size mattress and the tv didn’t turn on. Worst part was the cigarette smell.
