The hotel was okay. There was nothing real special. The staff was nice. The price fit the room.

Good stopover motel, nothing fancy. Staff could be more knowledgable about POIs in their area. They didn't know how to give directions. Front desk in the morning was too busy texting on her phone to pay attention to guests. Manager was very friendly and so was the young woman on front desk when we checked in. Could offer a continental breakfast for the price. Stayed at nearby motel last year and they had a full breakfast and the rate was less expensive. Room was clean. Great Option in Frederick I was in Frederick for several weeks for work and tried several different hotels at or near this price point. This was easily my favorite. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent I asked that Thu, the employee at the front desk, help with my plans to prevent my gf from knowing I had previously been to the room so that I could decorate it. I gave her my information and she let me do an 'official' check-in a couple hours later when my gf and I showed together. Very grateful. Evening went just as planned. Will return if/when need be.

Clean and nice, but could use a few amenities. My stay was nice. I suggest adding an ice machine somewhere in the building and providing unstained coffee pots in the room. I didn't feel comfortable using the coffee pot that was there after seeing coffee residue in the pot and in the dispenser. Other than that, my room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would come back, if needed.

Bad customer service When I found the actual hotel, I walked in only to wait 5 min or so for the front desk attendant to come from wherever she was. There was no bell or way of letting someone know that I was standing at the counter waiting to check-in. I paid directly through expedia with the expectations of a speedy check-in, but what was I thinking?! Anyway, once in the room I found somones hair on my pillows and hair on my comforter.
