The rooms were decent, the bathroom had a sewer smell though. Sheets and pillows felt like I was staying in someone's basement hide a bed, I have nicer generic sheets and pillows at home.
Ok People were nice. Room clean, just old & needs some updating & repairs!
Worth the money Very spacious room, clean, convenient location. Overall very satisfied with this stay.
The staff is great and Desire is very helpful when an issue arises. They are always very pleasant and professional.
This hotel is located in an area surrounding with a Chevron gas station, a food plaza, and is super near to the i-880 southbound entrance(northbound is not far as well). For breakfast they offer free coffee and hot chocolate. Their front desk is professional and helpful, room is clean with all facilities cool. Especially, night security is well guaranteed since after a certain time they require to use the room card to enter any entrance from the ground floor.
