Customer Service Rating - SAVED! After waiting for 20 minutes to check-in, I finally received my room key. I went into the room, attempted to use the facilities. The toilet did NOT Flush. I went down to the "Pleasant yet Frazzled" Guest Service Person and she quickly upgraded my room to a Deluxe Room (Free of Charge). The room was very clean with a pullout sofabed in addition to the Standard King Bed. All facilities worked. AND she called up the the room to make sure I was satisfied with the upgrade. GOOD SAVE! I'll Be Back

Enjoyed Stay The staff was very professional & helpful. Room was very neat & clean . Have stayed here several times and it is always very statisfactory.

hotel review should know in advance that the rooms are cleaned once a week. more often is available to purchase.

unbeatable for the price I was here for work, but the hotel was so nice it seemed like a vacation when I was off. It would be nice to know ahead of time, that the rooms and linens are cleaned and changed once a week, unless you take the linens to exchange, or pay a $10.00 fee for an additional cleaning.

nice place overall the hotel was nice. the front desk staff was really nice.they remembered me right away when i forgot my key. the studio suite is small but the price was great for what i expected. ive been to other homesteads,mainly the one in milpitas so i knew what to expect. i just like that their was a kitchenette and a fridge to put food in. it was quite and peaceful. my parents had no complaints except to me the bed was pretty soft. would stay there again.
