Bad Start but ended up well The hotel was under construction, so it is expected that there might be some issues. So the first room we got, the door wouldn't open. The second room we got, the door wouldn't close/lock. Third time was the charm. Clean, spacious room. Great for the price paid. The staff was wonderful with respect to taking care of us regarding the issues with the first two rooms.

Another Great Getaway!! Our experience was absolutely wonderful..The staff were very kind and attentive..The original room we had gotten had a minor issue with the tv; however the staff was quick to accomodate us to a better room hassle free..Our stay was very pleasant and we plan on returning on our next quick getaway :)

Romantic Getaway!! We had a great stay at Homestead There were however; minor issues..The room had no towels in the bathrooms and there was no amenities like shampoo/conditioner, hand soap..All in all the stay was pleasant..A great getaway with my hunny :)

Room nice, bed & couch a little old, internet SLOW About my only complaint was that the couch was an old sofa-bed that sunk down too far when you sat down. The king-sized mattress was perhaps past its prime. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise. I preferred the "suite" layout to your standard motel room and the prices were comparable. The wireless internet was definitely on the slow side.

Good Job I was very happy with the room. My only problem was the way the place is set up in regard to maid service. I know it's a long term stay place, but if a customer is only there for a day or two like myself, I don't understand why I would have to pay to have my room straightened up. I was a little bothered by that. Bed was very comfy as was the easy chair. Shower was excellent, but. why no shampoo? I mean you supplied soap. That's all.

HOMESTEAD Fremont, CA - Decent; Good value For my Fremont/San Jose area assignments, this hotel was ideally located. It was definitely a good value-for-my-dollar hotel.
