The front desk was most of the time unattended, difficult to get help in a reasonable time

Front desk is most of the time unattended, you have to wait long time to talk to someone

No housekeeping. Lift out of order for 1 day. No breakfast

Check in was fast and easy. The continental breakfast at 7:00am was not very good! No hot water for oatmeal and that’s all they had. No bagels, toast or yogurt.
