My day was perfect my check in with perfect appointment and checking out the lady named Joy was very rude she talk to me like I was her kid I explained to her that I had talk to somebody else and apologize for running late on checking out I had just got back in from work at 7:30 that morning and didn’t wake up till 12 and I apologize To one of the staff members and she said that’s fine she know I just got in to take my time it’s OK she’s not cleaning my room yet and the lady joy banged on the door as I was get out the shower... read more
Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, the free WiFi worked great. Very happy with my stay.
I loved everything about the stay and the staff and what I don't like is having to deal with all of these companies to book it
