Fix the BR Exhaust The bathroom exhaust fan does not work in Rm 421. I would have told the front desk but I had already unpacked my suitcase. Also the heater was noisy and didn’t seem to heat up correctly?

The staff was welcoming and fun. I booked the room for 2 adults, but the room only had 3 pillows. We called the front desk and they brought an extra pillow up within an hour. It wasn’t a big deal, but I wish the 4th pillow was included.

The hotel is fine in general but walls are very thin and I heard other people talking and arguing very late at night.
