Although the room was mostly clean, the night stand and another table had not had the surfaces washed off, so there were crumbs and coffee stains on them. There was no clock in the room. The front desk did not have any. So, I requested a wake-up call and they said I would just need to pick up the receiver and put it back down, in order to make it stop ringing. Best General Manager The general manager was great! Excellent customer service, as well as a fast and smooth check-in. Also, the staff was not in a rush to put away the coffee and breakfast items, as some other hotels; they did not have staff standing next to you trying to hurry you. Great location being within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance of shops, places to eat, drugstores, major freeway.
