Fear After check-in I was in my room getting ready to go to my conference. The front desk man called and said the fire alarm was going off and he needed to come check it. It was not going off and I said okay figuring it would be a quick check. The guy came in and stared at the fire alarm and said he needed to figure it out or it wouldn't quit beeping in the back. The staff makes my trip Pleasant The hotel and staff made the experience pleasant as usual I've been here for quite a while since December 27th due to moving circumstances and the staff at this hotel are exceptional to give 110% I can't say enough about them they are the reason the trip is pleasant and the location it's quiet clean and very

Feels Like Home The staff make me feel comfortable enough for me to say that it feels like home I've been here since December 27th in transition to my new home and I have stated a couple other locations and I would say that this one is by far my first choice middle and last choice

This place is not organized, I've stayed here twice both time I was sent to an occupied or dirty room. It took them an hour and half to find another room for me. At one time they took me to an occupied room with the guest inside. The staff opened the door with their master key the guest inside started screaming. Horrible experience!

Exactly what I needed Overall it was exactly what I needed a place to stay 1 night and avoid morning traffic from the Valley. Very clean and everything worked. No bed bugs. Quiet. Front Desk Staff could really use some work though. Very unorganized. Took me a bit to get checked in. The front desk girl was flirting with one of the many construction workers that stay there. I guess because she was too busy trying to get me checked in to continue her conversation. She didn’t properly check me in so during check out the other f... read more

I'm a frequent guest at the extended stay on Mission and I've never had any issues with customer service or my room. I'm always greeted upon walking in and my requests are always taken care of as long as it's possible.
