Not so good. You have to be asking for everything what they offered on the add... They also offered continental breakfast and all they give coffe and granola

Excellent price and service Maria was very helpful. The first room was without a/c, she was apologetic about that and quickly got me a much better room.

Adequate inexpensive room; convenient location I was second in line at check-in. The desk clerk was helping 2 men (in the same party); they were foreign and she required them to show passports. The men spoke just a little English, so the check-in took longer. The clerk apologized for the wait. There were 2 parties behind me when I finally got my turn. The room was inexpensive. Extended stay warm springs My stay at warm springs was good. The only real issue that I had was that I wanted to switch floor levels due to me working nights, sleeping during the day and having a room on the first floor near an exit door. It took a few days and a few staff before I was able to move but they were accommodating once they understood the importance of me needing to move.
