Average stay Loved the room and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, kitchen was not stocked with any appliances such as glasses, plates, coffee maker etc and the hot water was not working in the morning for the shower.

Good for a quick lay over. Not for extended stay. Room was not ready at time of check-in even though I was 15 minutes late. Water backup in tub during shower. Was ankle deep. Toilet seat was broken..

Front desk wears a bikini There's a supermodel at the front desk who wears a bikini! Just kidding, but seriously service was great and smiling. Easy sign in. Comfy beds. Nice clean rooms with good water pressure. Apparently, all rooms have kitchens. What kills this location is the driveway entrance and exit. There is one way in and out and the traffic is heavy on the junction to the 680 on ramp, especially if you just want to go back into the Fremont district. After being fully paid for one night stay through hotels.com, the agent at front desk said, that I had booked one bed room rate which was not true and that I had a balance of $41.78 upon check-out??? The agent then had charged the $41.78 to my credit card in 2 seconds after check-out!!! And that I had used high-speed internet $3.99 charge, which I did no such thing???
