Four nights Employees were just fine, friendly and helpful only real disappointment was tv channel selection

Nothing special The night we checked in no appliances were available. The room smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking. Breakfast wAsnt anything special but the csr was good. Wouldnt mind coming back but it wasnt anythinc special.

Its ok just over priced for what you get. way too expensive for what you get. Had to call hotels.com to get a decent price. The rooms are suites but have nothing. A so called kitchen but no cups no utensils. Nothing to cook with or even drink with. Just a fridge and a dirty microwave. The bed was clean but not comfortable at all. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the guy in the next room lightly coughing. Not that it bothered me but it made me realize how paper thin the walls were. Too far from San Jose It was too far from where I needed to be in San Jose, with the traffic and all.

When all other options fail, ..... There are many people living at this property and the staff caters to their needs over a one night stay. Loud room, OK beds, poor breakfast, inflated prices. Worth staying here in a pinch.

It was alright! We reserved a non-smoking room but the room clearly smelled like cigarettes. The carpet needed some attention. We did not have enough towels. They can definitely get new pillows, the ones we have were very cheap.

Great location Great location for the rate I paid for. Overall, just average.
