Very. Good I don't know why everone doesn't like this place. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great location (within walking distance to shopping/public transportation). Definitely a great value

Service needs improvement I tried calling front desk and it rang and then said person not available, also I was given a smoking room, so make sure to request a smoke free. It was a comfortable space though!

Clean rooms, pleasant and economical Room was clean, comfortable and quiet; nice to have a full size fridge and cooking facilities. Front desk staff were pleasant, took care of any "issues" promptly. We had booked a room with 2 beds; they did not have that available when we arrived (we were 2 women traveling together) but had already arranged for us to have single bed rooms located next to each other at no extra charge. Our first time at an "Extended Stay"...would recommend.
