HOUSEKEEPING IRLINDA , the housekeeping lead person is awesome . she does a wonderful job. she is so personable .so dedicated to her job. she is an asset to this hotel. CRISTINA, of the front desk is so helpful and knows what she is doing. she goes out of her way to assist me within her boundaries knowing i could not walk without a struggle.. she does not need any more in service training hours when it comes to customer service.. she belongs in the front office. the manager lisa, knows how to solve an issue.
Nice hotel, clean. Hotel room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurants close bye.
Good for three previous years, then this was not! I booked this reservation on April 1 for April 21-22. When I arrived on April 21 at about 5:00 PM and went to the office and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then she said we do not have any non-smoking room available and this was on my April 1st reservation. Since Fresno is a busy place with no rooms available I had to take a smoking room. She also said it was Hotels.Com's fault I did not get a non-smoking room and I could take it up with them. Affordable hotel Safe location with food nearby. Shopping close too. About 8 miles from downtown.
Still my number one favourite They are very welcoming and rooms smell amazing everything there.
Clean hotel, continental breakfast and great coffe I had a little bit of trouble getting wifi in the second floor but once I walked to the office it seemed to work

quick get-a-way We have stayed here many times on our trips to visit friends, always a good stay.... my only wish would be more comfortable pillows and 4 per bed! and better TV channels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
