Front desk was very courteous and went above n beyond since I had a few concerns when I checked in. I was in town for a procedure at UF Shands and I didnt get a blink of sleep due to the guest directly above called front desk multiple times before I got someone and it seemed like they didnt get with the guests because it was all night long. I stayed in 101 btw

Best place in Gainesville This place is by far the BEST place with affordable rates in Gainesville! The staff always welcomes you with a warm smile and greet. Jenelle and Dennis at the front desk are always on top of things or there when I had a request! DEFINETLY A 10/10

This is a review of Hotels.com We were unable to experience the hotel. We made reservations on our way to the hotel late at night. There were three rooms still available, as per Hotels.com. Our reservation was confirmed, so we headed there. When we arrived with our reservations from Hotels.com, we were told by the night manager the hotel was sold out and that we were the 3rd party that had arrived with reservations from Hotels.com or Expedia with useless, paid reservations because they were Sold Out.
