Clean and nice rooms. Bathroom is small but functional. Staff is very pleasant and helpful 24/7. As long as you are on the office side of the building you won't hear the traffic from I 75 which has a lot of . Pet friendly and coffee and muffins in the morning. Has a regular size refrigerator, microwave and a 2 burner hot plate style stove.

The outdoor hallway was very dirty. We stayed with our dog and this hotel charged us a larger pet fee than any other hotel we stayed at on our trip.

The room needs an upgrade and they have no early check in policy, so I had to come back and check in later that evening. Staff was not very friendly and not willing to help me out.

Great location! We usually stay at Marriotts so this hotel was not up to those standards. All the rooms had outside access rather than a hotel where you walk into the lobby and take the elevator to your room. The hotel was not modern or updated. However, unlike the hotel, the staff was amazing. They were super friendly, responsive and helpful. Breakfast was grab and go -- oatmeal, packaged muffins or granola bars. Again, not what we're used to, but fine. Location was great -- right off 75 and next to Target.

Not great The beds are hard as a rock, I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring of the bed. And the noise from the highway didn’t let me get any sleep.

Trash was not taken out, water was in the tub, sink drain was broken and the A/C wasn't that strong... and missed breakfast bu 5 minutes.
