Not exactly what I expected Gainesville certainly fills up hotel rooms certain times of the year like football games and graduation. This hotel (motel) was one of the few I could find for a reasonable price when I started to look 6 weeks before graduation. While it was ok, it certainly was only ok - especially for the price. The beds were not very comfortable, we were placed in rooms next to a pet-friendly room with barking dogs and our other room was next to I75 with road noise. Great option but low budget hotel for sure This is a low-budget hotel. Fairly clean but drains were slow. Great for in room cooking and dining. Certainly a feasible option on a shoestring budget. Not so sure if I would return. I might be inclined to pay more and stay elsewhere just so I would be totally comfortable.

You get what you pay for Good price in a pinch. Unexpected emergency had me get this hotel. Room smelled awful. Staff very nice

Nice staff & convinient early check out. My friend needed to check out before 6 am, and the hotel has an early check out box so that customers can simply drop the key.

Different type of place We did not know we had to request everything for the kitchen so we got up in the morning no coffee pot we were sad
