First they assigned us to a smoking room when smells so bad. Then I complained and they assigned us to a non-smoking room. Parking spaces are a lot.

Great check in staff but cleaning could be better. The check in staff was great and very helpful! The room was basic (which is fine for us) and not very clean (we’re not so good with that). The most bothersome cleaning issue was that the fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on and there were a few dark stains on the mattress cover. I was also surprised to find no plates or utensils and no glasses in the kitchen area although there is a small kitchen complete with a hot plate and refrigerator-this was not a big deal for us ... read more
