:) beds were so soft!! i slept like a baby.
Nice stay BUT.... I had a very nice stay HOWEVER on my checkout day i found a bed bug. the manager addressed it personally and professionally and gave me a voucher for a free night and his deepest apologies. I would stay again despite the incident because other than that it was a great room for the price, they have smoking rooms, nice location, friendly staff.
It is on the high end of good Staff was fabulous, the room was nice and clean, everyone was very accommodating. I think that the rooms could use an update in terms of cabinetry, if the owner would make the investment to get some decent yet simple wooden cabinets it would pay off in a big way. There isn't much that the hotel can do in terms of the area, etc, they have no control over it. The grounds of the hotel are very nicely kept, one improvement would be to gate the dog area off so that the pets can run around off leash.
