Fun weekend The location was great. The staff were extremely funny and kind. The room was huge and cozy. The fire alarm at 2 am was lame. Haha
Average Stay The room was a bit cold all night even though reducing the A/C was attempted. The hallways smelled a bit musty but the room was ok.

Hotel Feel with a Motel customer service. I read about the reviews on this place and you would think that they would be better with all the response made by their Manager about training etc etc. No. Still the same. For example, checkout time on hotels.com was noon. At around 11am they started knocking almost kind of a bully-ish way insisting that checkout was at 11. What are you? A motel?! We don't get that treatment even in a lower end hotel. Then when we called to check out at noon, they insisted what we drop off the card ... read more

The staff was VERY nice! I had wanted to check in early but there was a $50 charge to do so which was a bit extreme. Also had a non smoking room that was smoked in
Uh oh First got there, power was out. The young lady at the desk was great, very helpful and patient. Other than that, the stay was good.
Awesome place Awesome customer service booked last minute around 1am showed up at 230am great service and curtesy
front desk personnel was very pleasant & accommodating. room was clean & spacious. great room for the price.
