Stayed over a week Functional kitchen with optional (free) dishes, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. No starter paper towels...had to wipe up a coffee spill with towel. Coffee pot dribbled when pouring. Staff pleasant and helpful, and responsive. Otherwise comfortable. No garbage pick up
Satisfy Customers We had a wonderful time My only complain is in the web site is say to check out by 12PM and in real we were told we need to check out by 11Am other then that everything was good
Okay stay The hotel wasn't bad at first until there was a spider in the air vent and the front desk clerk told us he couldn't do anything about it.

Fine example of this unique brand, Odd to stay at an ESA for just one night, but this one had the best combo of availability and price when I needed it. ESA's have precious little staff, so arriving late, be prepared to wait a bit for the staff to open up the front desk. With a reservation from hotels.com, it takes just a few minutes after they let you in. This location is in a very nice area, so no problems. If you're worried, call ahead as you approach. Comfortabe, convenient, safe and friendly staff. This hotel is located in a nice highway neighborhood. The location is easy to find and convenient to highways. The staff is friendly helpful and professional. The room is clean, with all conveniences. Requested service is prompt.
My stay Hotel is bland but clean. Complimentary breakfast on the go was good. Close to lots of shopping which I had to do and easy to get to Newark airport from there
