Room needs a deep cleaning.
Dirty beds and floor The lady at the counter was super nice. But there wasn’t anything in the room you had to ask for everything. Shampoo soap, dishes, everything. Also my son dropped his drink cup on the floor so I used a towel to wipe it up and the entire hand towel was BLACK. It was disgusting,, as was the pull out bed. It was stained and gross.
Worst night of my life
Property is terribly dirty and room had cockroaches. I'm scared to book again at any of the Extended Stay properties in future.
Terrible My room and the whole hotel smelled bad the floors wasn’t cleaned and there was stains on my sheets
Oh la la! I am not staying at Extended stay america anymore. The service is terrible, that is my experience.
