Too smelly, Not well maintained. Even though house keeping was available on request, manager clearly denied that it is not available.

The hotel needs major improvements. The facility is very dirty with large dark stains on the carpets. The room carpet was dirty and sticky to touch. There were spiders and cockroaches in the room. The hallways are dark and uninviting. We ended up cutting short our stay and checked out in one night

Keycard rarely works for the entry doors. I often have to stand there for at lease 3 minutes before the door will open or I'll give up and walk to the front desk to have them reset the key. The stairwell, foyer and hallways are always dirty. Unpleasant smells permeate the hallways and stairwells from other people's rooms. We had a room on the first floor but loud music and yelling in the parking lot at 3am made me request a second floor room. Bugs kept coming into the first floor room as well. We had a $50 water bottle stolen that we left in the hallway by accident. Loud guest parties at 4am. Really dirty. Ceiling in bathroom was water damaged. Trash in hallway. Room was passable, but the hallways were gross and sad.

The property was dirty. The staff was rude. I’d never go back to this hotel. I saw a big roach in the kitchen. Also, it said breakfast is free when there is no breakfast. A limited amount of continental breakfast. It’s disrespectful.

Beware This place was absolutely disgusting. When we arrived to our room, we found all garbage cans were full. Someone left their wigs in the bathroom and there were used needles and empty alcohol bottles. The hallways were disgusting and smelled. This is not a family friendly place.

I liked the room Cable/TV services. I did not like room (flooring sticky, no assurance was sanitary) and hallway floors (carpeting, dirty). In addition, hotel directly under low-altitude flight path for local airport.
