I loved the full kitchen and kitchen appliances, and that they helped us set up the fire stick. The room was cozy, spacious and bed comfortable.

Nice for long business trip The place is great for a business trip. But communication was very poor - they never responded to any of my requests.
The only thing was I wish they had a full continetal breakfast.

Met most of my needs, rooms need more soundproofin This hotel worked well for my trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The person who checked me in was surprised I had a pet with me, so mYbe their internal communication could be better. I explained that I called the hotel to request a pet friendly room after I booked through hotels.com. In addition, I called the afternoon of my check-in day to confirm and advise them that I would be checking in later in the evening. Just the basics at an affordable rate. Don't count on premium cable or anything else: this is a fine place to sleep when you're in town to do something else.

We were told our room was an upgrade, and I think that was to two beds. But I saw my brother-in-law's room, one bed, and I liked it better.
