The staff here are all very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. The rest of the hotel looked very clean and orderly. The room itself wasn't terrible. By looks alone, it was very clean and everything was tidy. I only had 2 complaints: 1. There was a faint cigarette odor that I noticced as soon as I walked into the room. Funny thing is that there were signes saying 'Thank you for not smoking in our non-smoking room" or something along those lines. 2. Helpful staff. No nonsense, clean facilities. All needs are met and the location is good. The kitchens in the rooms are nice and the price is right.

Ok for husiness trip, service a bit lacking however. Front counter found unstaffed multible times. Coffee not available after breakfast, something most hotels always offer. Decent kitchen gets a plus rating.

Not thrilled with having to go to the desk for everything. We feel the room should at least be stocked with the basics.
