The place was nothing special but decent for the discounted price I got. When I tried to check out in the morning I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to the front desk so I had to leave my key card and a note. I found that a bit unprofessional.

Very friendly and helpful staff but have no first aid information for hospital visit in an emergency. Need to be more information given to guests about the nearby UConn Medical Center and Emergency facilities. There is one very reliable and honest taxi person who I was glad to be referred to by them - his name is Carlos. Wished for some fresh fruits, plain toast and yogurt for breakfast. Too much sweet stuff. Would still return but would go shopping first.

Travelocity blew it. My criticism is with you Travelocity. I spent a long time on the phone with the Travelocity agent who took all the information about what I needed: a dog friendly hotel and 2 rooms. One room would be for my 2 adult daughters and the other for my husband and me and our dog. Upon arrival the clerk found my information and booking for the two rooms, but Travelocity never mentioned that there would be a dog and my husband. And more than once I gave all the information about my dog (height, weight). The clerk... read more
Cheap and convenient but there are smokers The front desk staff could not have been friendlier, and it's nice to have a workout room and laundry. There were minor annoyances such as a broken lamp and a lumpy bed. But there was also a BIG issue and that is that even though the property says its rooms are all non-smoking apparently guests ignore that. The third floor wreaked of smoke and it came into our room -- so much so that our clothes still smelled when we unpacked our suitcases after leaving the property.
