The staff were so patient, accommodating and attentive to my family and our unique needs. We were so happy with everything about this hotel!! Special thanks to Carolina. They’re extremely lucky to have her!! Any question I had or small issue (ie: Wifi connection) she had figured out right away. Will recommend to friends and family and will return again for sure.
