Janice at the front desk was very accommodating and was John the manager. Our heater was not working well, it kept us up all night with a clicking noise. They did the following day put us into a different room and gave us a credit for another stay at any one. We did find while taking the comforters off the beds, there was a lot of dust flying around.

1 Night Stay Check in was hassle free. First impression of the room was that it was clean and your "typical" hotel room. Although we didn't use it, it was equipped with a full size refrigerator and the ability to cook on stovetop burners. We were disappointed by the availability of outlets near the beds to charge our phones. The toilet in the bathroom was constantly running so we turned the water valve off to quiet it.
