Room problems We had to change rooms three times until we found an acceptable room. The first had toilet problems, second had not be cleaned properly (sticky phone and countertops with spilt liquid), and a bad odor next to garbage room. The last room was good without problems. This is the first time we have ever had to change multiple rooms and took alot of time after we had unpacked.

Average. Nothing particularly exceptional about this hotel. The description for this hotel states "A complimentary breakfast is served each morning". This is false. Muffins and cereal bars do not a breakfast make. This statement should be removed from the description. The description also states "Guests can use the in-room complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access". Wireless, yes, high-speed? Not by present standards. To actually get modern high-speed, guest need to pay an additional fee (a rather high one at that). ... read more

Great service! This staff is great. We do a lot of business travel and they remember us each time, know our preferences and bend over backward to make it a good stay. Actually chose this location over another for this trip because of the staff.

Wonderful Stay All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette but cost no more than standard hotels in the area. Also, quick convenient breakfast in the morning.

Hard to work or play Went to the hotel with my son as a guys weekend away. Planned on playing videogames all weekend. Never had an issue with the wireless in other hotels with the game system. When we could not connect I went on to my laptop and found that in order to get better wireless (not that it would have worked with our gaming system) you had to pay. Even my laptop lagged horribly. The room itself was nice and it was nice to have a kitchen, fridge and microwave but telling people free wireless internet is really misle... read more

Excellent choice Was first rate.About 1.5 miles off Rt.91 S in CT.So, convenient to highway, but no highway noise. Staff were friendly and service was good. Room with full fridge and stove and burners. Very good indeed.
