One day getaway Hotel is quiet and I didnt see many guests. Its set back in the woods and you can see the highway from the windows. Its more like a little apartment with a stove, refrig. & microwave. There was no soap to wash the dishes though or dishwasher which seem odd. The room was clean and neat. I liked how I can access the hotel with the key card from any door outside the building instead of having to walk through the lobby each time. ESA - Hartford Meriden Arrived at the hotel @ 11pm and left @ 7am. For the amount of time I was there I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Better than old reviews Ignore the older reviews of this hotel! It's been newly renovated and was very clean and refreshed. We stayed while visiting a nearby college. Close to Middletown. Breakfast was "to go", but filling. Windows opened for fresh air. Walls are a bit thin, but it didn't cause any disturbance. Very small lobby, and no other public gathering place was the only drawback. For fitness, you get temporary membership at the "Y" a few miles away. Highly recommend, especially for the price. We are going back.

Extended Stay America We booked this hotel due to a power outage and the fact we could bring our dog with us. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was fine for the price. It's not fancy and they don't even clean your room daily unless you pay an extra $3 per day. There is a small kitchen, but only one pan and one fork. When we needed clean towels we just went down to the front desk and they provided. Overall I would say it served it's purpose.
