Not a Bad Stay! We were in Indianapolis for a Basketball Tournament and needed a couple rooms for 5 days. We arrived early and they had rooms available and allowed us to check in early since they had space. Very friendly front desk staff. Poor guy, he was there every day when we woke up and when we went to sleep, seemed like he never left work but was very friendly and helpful. annoying No elevator.... I had to walk with my bags up three flights of stairs. Annoying experience . they didn't have a computer to print my boarding pass

Great hotel experience My stay was great there was plenty of great service the amenities were way more than expected I would recommend Extended Stay America Indianapolis to everyone I know .

nothing fancy Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and a hot shower. Chair in the room was broken, but otherwise everything worked. Convenient location made it easy to get to 465. Would stay there again because it was a good deal.

Soccer weekend Great location; very friendly staff; room carpet was damp and the phone didnt work. Adequate lodging

It ain't the Ritz, but the Ritz ain't this cheap! Stayed for four nights. In Indy for a meeting. Not much else to say!
