Old Apartment Building! outdated and not the cleanest
Decent, nothing to write home about. Stayed one night. Clean, needs new carpet. Walking distance to a few food spots and gas stations. Horrible views. Worse breakfast. 2.5 out of 5.
Great room for a great price! We had a great stay. Check in was easy the lady at the front desk was nice. Our room was very comfy. I was impressed with the nice size closet (even though we didn't use it). Had a full size kitchen which was nice and lots if counter space (which we also didn't use, but had the option to). Overall a nice room at a decent price. We would stay here again.

Get what you pay for good space with kitchenette and the price beats redroof with less of the motel feel but most of the noises I usually hear at a red roof (highway) were exchanged for upstairs guests walking at all hours, not your fault but in the morning as your team was reporting, you could hear their loud voices of the employees at the front desk.
Enjoyed my Stay! The front desk was awesome. Room was clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice location.
Frequent Traveler I travel to Indy frequently and have stayed here on several occasions. It's not fancy, it's affordable, it's clean and the staff are always friendly.
Good stay! Staff very helpful. Room quite comfortable and clean. Very convenient location.
