They canceled the booking as we went to checkin. Shady place, horrible front desk. Stay away for family and especially those with kids. Heaven for the druggies

Do not go here. Arrived to the hotel, they had no power in part of the hotel and had flooding in the lower level, so they cancelled all the reservations. Probably for the best, as the lobby stank of smoke and mold, and had multiple unpatched holes in the drywall

Stay away No AC on a 92 degree day. Wouldn’t refund. Wouldn’t move rooms. Hotels.com assistance non-existent

I was told they were booked up and didn’t understand why Expedia kept sending people. I had to spend more money finding a motel .

First, I got there they didn’t have the room that I reserved. They gave me a room. It smelled like cigarettes already in it very dirty and then didn’t even have the sufficient amount of beds that were needed. Then the machine they used to create the cards to get into the room doesn’t even work well I will. I had to make several trips up and down the stairs. OK then they found a room where I can get two beds. OK wish we went in there. heater doesn’t work, smell like cigarettes the place was legitimately dirty. The second bed ... read more

Friendly Team, just not very clean The staff was nice and worked fast. The room itself wasnt too clean with bottles under the bed as if someone just swept them under there. The maintenance crew left dirty towels and a step ladder in our room. And the sink kept clogging.
