Kat The staff was nice. The hotel is under renovation which looks abandon inside with plastic on the floor throughout and a bunch of empty rooms being worked on. It may have been from the hurricane.. but would’ve wanted a notice to make it my choice to stay.
This place will be great once their remodel/ the construction is complete
With the understanding that they are still under construction our overall stay was great! Only thing please do not hammer anything before like 8am. Tracy at the desk was very kindhearted, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. She always had a smile. Thank you Extended Stay
Great hotel at a great price Clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Everything was great.
The staff was nice. The “breakfast” is basically a stand with a coffe machine and a few muffins. I don’t drink coffee so the breakfast was a waste. Also, the internet is horrible. This was a business trip so I needed internet for work. Had to purchase the internet upgrade in order to get anything done.
Best Service, and more Cleanliness is always FIRST, and service is a close second. The service here was fantastic. Front Desk SMILED and was very pleasant at check in and check out. The maid in the hall smiled and wished me a good day. The caretaker/janitor gentleman was so nice and friendly. And it was all GENUINE. It was the second time we stayed here, and we will be back - I travel to NC about once a month. Loved the hotel just didn’t realize there wouldn’t be any cleaning services daily.
Satisfaction I appreciate that every time I went to the front desk, there was someone to greet me and provide me with whatever I needed.
