Good place for the price The hotel was great for the price. Staff was great. The only negative thing is the smell. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but it smelled like stale smoke and old food.

Staff was very nice general manager Stacy was very professional handled all my needs like it was no problem. Hotel is right across the street from a walmart which was a added bonus since we had a room with a stove so that we could buy food and cook. A long list of other stores around it as well. Had a slight problem with the WiFi and the staff accommodated us by changing our room without a problem. Very good for the price. We were in Jacksonville to visit with our son while he was at Marine Training on Camp Geiger. We felt the hotel was very pleasing for the price. It is in a great location. It is very close to a large variety of stores and restaurants. We will look forward to staying at an Extended Stay again in the near future. I told my husband this was the quality of a lot of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at over the years. We didn't miss it not having a pool. The room was very spacious and clean. People above me were screaming for two days straight. Maids only came once a week to clean the room. I was only staying a week, so they never came. I had to get my own towels and take out my own trash.
