Overall the property was good. The girl at the front desk attempted to be helpful but overall it was frustrating. I had booked the room about half hour before getting to the property. When I came in after 2 am from a very long drive, I was told my reservation, that I had just recently made, had been cancelled as a no show and that she could not check anyone in for at least half hour. I was told I would need to rebook at a new rate. Then I was told that the room I needed was not available. The room I had not yet checked into ... read more
The staff was super great at check in and check out and this was the perfect spot for a night in a hotel for myself, my partner, and our dog. It was a little "dated" but nothing to complain about - just wasn't built in the last 5 years at all. I wish there was more at the grab and go but it did the trick for a quick breakfast on the way out - as intended. But it was clean and near the Walmart/easy access to the main highway.
