Ok, but not deluxe The facility is kept very clean. Customer service above average. Only gave 3 stars because it was pretty run down and outdated, and the bed wasn’t very comfy

Overall a nice experience
Mixed feelings Stayed out of necessity. Neg: Breakfast is only granola bars/pre packed muffins & coffee. Bed is extremely uncomfortable can feel the support boards. Lots of bugs. Plus: Staff is wonderful/personable and will try to help with whatever you need. Staff pretty much saves the hotel from “extremely” horrible reviews Can pretty much walk to eat or grab whatever you need so location was great.

There was a dead roach in my room. I was already in bed and didn’t mention it and threw it away before my kid seen it and freaked out but I guess it was expected being that it was an extended stay but it was last minute decision stay.

The location is convenient in the heart of Jacksonville with lots of dining options nearby. Overall the hotel provides good value for the price they charge. I stayed here two nights and enjoyed an easy drive to beaches on the crystal coast and Topsail Island.
