Would Go Back Hotel was fine. Room was clean, check in was quick. Kitchen had utensils and everything worked. AC / Heat worked great. Was able to open the window and let in cool air. Bed was alittle uncomfortable, but I expected that since it was not my own bed. Would recommend hotel.

Things could be less noisey! Had a great experience however the walls are a little thin so you can hear some noise thru them... other than that well kept hotel and very friendly staff!

Das Hotel Extended Stay America in Jacksonville, NC hat ein angemessenes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Ich verbrachte 17 Nächte in diesem Hotel und war mit der Freundlichkeit des Personals im Allgemeinen zufrieden. Housekeeping könnte öfter sein, als einmal pro Woche, dennoch sind sie sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man zwischendurch neue Handtücher benötigte. Good value The hotel is in a good location, good value for the room, and the staff very friendly. Although I wanted a non smoking room, it did smell of smoke.

hotel was close to the family we were there to visit. close tq many shopping malls Enjoyed our stay in Jacksonville N.C.

Close to base, stores and restaurants. Close to the main base gate and located on one of the main strips of businesses. There is about 6 hotels in the area. Front desk was very nice and polite. I stayed in a smoking room and as a nonsmoker the smell wasn't overpowering which was nice. Alarm clocks could use updating and no hairdryer but everything else you need.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were well equipt. But, the only downside that we had was that the beds were really bad. They really need to think about getting new mattresses. But I do have to say that they were clean.
