Stayed here end of june wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great. Roach in the room which to be fair is common down south and it was only one. Walls thin could hear everyone around you. Had accidentally booked for june as well tried contacting expedia and the property for 2 weeks to resolve the issue and no one “could do anything”. Couldn’t get an actual person on the phone when contacting expedia. So out the money on a stay I never used.

Dirty, bed bugs, smells, they don’t clean the room and team is very rude

Room had cockroaches.

Not a luxurious stay The laundry room was at the front desk. That horrible smell filled the lobby. I had no hot water for a shower. Overall I would not stay here again but in all honesty it wasn’t bad if I wasn’t looking for luxury.

No hot water on Friday morning, and no compensation. Very bad

Booked on hotel.com the day of trip but got there and hotel was sold out! We could not find a room in the area because it was a holiday weekend.
