Fair hotel in a nice area. A good place for big groups or families traveling together.
Over nice pretty lean could use cleaner looking towels and rags looked old faded and used to much... ( needs to be replaced) other then that its okay place
Moderate value for money Not bad but not overly impressive. One side of the hotel fronts the freeway and suffers from the associated noise but if you want something cheap and cheerful it will suffice.

Good Stay For A Quick Getaway The only downfall is that if you don't stay a full seven days no room service. Overall, nice area and amazing staff.
Will go again... It was a nice room, affordable price, and with a great location...
Good for the price. Hotel was clean but could use some updates in the room but for the price it's what I expected. Only thing I don't like is no safe in the room or safety deposit box so there is no way to lock up valuables. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

My big surprise What can I say, I booked your Hotel (EXTENDED STAY AMERICA-JACKSONVILLE FL-LENOIR AVENUE EAST) because of price and location that fit my budget, just a place to hold up at but boy what a surprise I found. I did accept your rating but what I found was much more. The courtesy and friendliness of the staff and the breakfast was very nice.

Quiet location Overall everything was great. I just was a little unsure about the washcloths. I found hair in the towel.
